Antique Belgian Fall Foliage Autumnal Forest Scene
This stunning autumnal landscape signed by Belgian painter Alphonse van Beurden features a complex fall palette with an incredible array of warm hues to create a scene of a forest at peak foliage. Leaves of rust and burnt orange scatter the ground with hints of complementary greens peaking through. This oil on canvas still sits in its original carved gilt wood frame. We hate to play favorites, but this is certainly one!
